Inflation Business Check

The Bank of England economists expect much of Europe’s inflation rate to climb well above their usual comfort zone of 2%.

In light of these inflationary pressures, European monetary policies will likely resume increasing short-term interest rates. That will cause the US dollar to continue it’s decline.

If the dollar continues to fall the Fed and with the stealth inflation, witnessed by food prices out of control, is rampant in the U.S., then sometime in the future, the Fed will have to raise rates. It is either that or intervene in the European markets.

Either one of these reactions will have severe business implications. There may be an impending stock market danger ahead.

Save On Energy

Found this energy saving information in an Investor's Business Daily editorial: To burn a 100-watt light bulb for a year requres 879 pounds of coal or 508 pounds of oil or a mere. 0.0007 pounds of uranium.

The size of one uranium fuel pellet (the size of the tip of your pinky finger) is the equivalant of 17,000 cubic feet of natural gas, 1,780 pounds of coal or 149 gallons of oil.

What grabed my attention was the 508 pound of oil to required to fire off a 100-watt light bulb. My lights are on constantly and checking the energy bills, they're not going down.

Check on August 27th for MARS!!

This has been debunked as false by scientists and is circulating each year as a urban myth.

On 27th of August; the day the Whole World is waiting for……..

Planet Mars will be the brightest in the night sky starting August.

It will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye. This will culminate on 27 August when Mars comes within 34.65 million miles of earth.

Be sure to watch the sky on 27 Aug, 12:30 AM. It will look like the earth has two moons so they say.

The next time Mars may come this close is in 2287.

Although this is not about business checks, I found it interesting and wanted to share it.

Government Business Check In

I've had it with government employee’s 20-years service and out, elite pension and health plans that eclipse anything reasonable for the average working man. Checking the skill set for most of those government jobs you'll find they are no different from that of a $12-$16/hr Home Depot, Sears or any major department store employee. To further insolate themselves from scrutiny, government employees have the audacity to "unionize" legally entangling any oversight by the people they are supposed to serve. What government employees call a union, I call a phony sham.

By contrast a real union, a trade union, has a program whereby one learns a trade checking into a school for five years passing from apprentice to journeyman status for a specialize skill. There are checks and balances for every trade union hiring hall and employee: There is no guarantee for work and the employer can layoff anyone for any reason or even decide to hire a non-union employee if he feels that's in their best interest.

When the economy checks itself and slumps, many trade union employees may find themselves working only a few months. By contrast, one can not lay off government workers easily. Most people have to work 45 years before the option of retirement. Reality check: Government guys get out in 20-years or double dip by getting a second soft government job.

The cost of maintaining this silent elite pensioned, cuddled with medical benefits, non-working "retired" work force is enormous when you consider 1 in 5 work for the government. The government has been hijacked by the government a long time ago.

When the drunken orgy needs more funds, they act like the liberal New Jersey governor Corizine did threatening closing down ALL the public beaches, parks, casinos, threatening to lay off vital services BUT never to address the real underlying issues or trim the FAT.

Government tells us they are here to save us. It’s like the devil is in the pulpit preaching to the congregation to hold up their hands if they want to be saved. The truth in scripture is that God does the saving and only a few will be saved. Merely acknowledging God doesn’t do it; the demons acknowledged God.

Likewise, it’s the law that stand between us and lawlessness and few in government will really stand up.

Check Who Is Calling You

Crooks checking cashing and identify stealing scams are rampant. The"Jury Duty Scam" is notorious for obtaining Social Security number information. In this roust, the scammer claims to be calling for a judge and notifies the victim that a warrant’s been issued for their arrest.

Why? Because they have skipped jury duty and where informed of the obligation. The scam artist then checks and verifies their address and compares their Social Security numbers with the one on file. After they get the number, the caller informs the victim: "I must of had the wrong person, sorry." and hangs up.

Couple that information with the PIN number to an electronic checking, savings, credit card numbers and the con artist hits his placer deposit. The lesson is, don’t give sensitive financial information to any caller.

Banks hardly ever email you. Con artist can set up an Internet site that looks like the real professional entity to fool someone. A recent new report informed us that many of the con artists moved into Iran where they are free from prosecution. Iran is reported to harbor a huge U.S. currency counterfeit money laundering operation.

Payday Business Check Cashing – Think a Mob Loan Shark Is Bad?

After reading a few articles on the payday loan business, I came to the conclusion that these guys as well as the big credit card companies need to be avoided.

If you write a postdated check for $300 you get $255 in cash with the payday lender taking the difference in profit. That translates to a 450% interest rate!

The article checked out some stats and mentioned that there are 13,700 McDonalds in the U. S. There are more than 22,000 payday lenders in the U.S. Business is good for them. The statistics show that 90% of the borrowers roll over their loans at least once. The Institute for Responsible Lending ( a consumer advocacy group) says that to pay back a $325 loan, the average payday loan borrower pays back $793! Now that’s highway robbery.

Federal Reserve Rate Cut Signals Business Check In With a Neutral Bias

Our business check on the Federal Reserve’s left its key rate at 5.25% for the 6th consecutive meeting citing possible "additional firming" concerns in the future. They said their predominant policy concern is that business and consumer inflation does not heat up to a frenzied pace. The rate being left alone and signals more business growth ahead.. This bodes well for the real estate and mortgage industry concerns that tightening would have.

If inflation does not moderate itself future policy may shift.

What's in a Personal Check?

Personal checks contain certain information that typically includes date of issue, amount of currency (in words and figures), account number, check number, place of issue, payee as well as the signature of the drawer. The drawer or maker is the depositor or person who is writing the check.

The payee is the person or entity to which the amount of money specified on the personal check is to be paid. The drawee is the bank where the check can be cashed. Funds backing these checks make for a smooth transaction between parties allowing for payment for goods and services.

Checks come in a huge variety of styles, designs and colors. Ordering checks online can help save over bank markups. Banks are only the middleman between check printers and the customer. By ordering direct you can save up to 50% off bank charges plus you’ll get faster service.

Besides, designer personal checks reduce the risk of forgery since the banks can identify an account-holder from a specific design on the check. Designer checks usually come with intricate designs and patterns that are not easy to duplicate.

The Blank Check Business To Railroad America

As an aside to your business check order, once upon a time in America the House of Representatives was known as "the people's house." No more. There are 65 lobbyists for every member of Congress on Capitol Hill. Per month they spend $200 million wining, dining and seducing federal officials!

Money does influence business behavior. Are our officials in Congress the only people in the world expected to take large amounts of money from strangers and then act as if it has no effect on their behavior?

This monkey business needs regulation. Who are the consumer advocates? Are they not Congressmen? Doesn’t anyone smell conflict of interest?

"Posterity: you will never know how much it has cost my generation to preserve your freedom. I hope you make the most of it." – John Quincy Adams, 6th U.S. president
